1.  Why is CheetahWrap pricing so much cheaper than other brands?

Frank Fellers developed CheetahWrap specifically to eliminate the overhead built in to all other brands, while not sacrificing manufacturing product quality desired by most colorchange wrap professionals. Here are the reasons CheetahWrap is cheaper: 1. Sold direct in the U.S. from the U.S. manufacturer via this website only. 2. Sold in pre-boxed rolls only 3. Not sold through distributors, re-sellers or agents and CheetahWrap has very few employees. 4. Minimal social media promotion with little advertising costs. 5. No costly free samples/sponsorship/or training programs. 6. No product exchanges or cancellations reduces return shipping costs, inspection labor and re- packaging costs. 7. Manufactured/sold in only the highest volume colors to reduce inefficiency.

2.  Can you contact us by phone?

No.  Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we have no phone or technical support.  Please click here to send us an email. We will respond within one hour during business hours M-F 700A-700P CST and within 24 hours on weekends and nights if required.

3.  When will my order ship and arrive?

If you have placed an order before 3:30PM, Monday-Friday local time, holidays excluded, your order will ship the same day from the closest warehouse and will arrive within 3 business days via UPS Ground in most cases.  We also offer additional shipping methods at Checkout.  If we are out of stock or, cannot ship on time, we will contact you via text message or email within one hour during business hours M-F 8:00A-3:30PM or, we will contact you within 24 hours after business hours.  To prevent theft, it is important to track and secure your package immediately after UPS delivery.  For an additional cost at Check Out, you also have the option of choosing "Signature Delivery" which will require the package to be signed for upon delivery.  In order to maintain the cheapest possible prices, CheetahWrap is not responsible after UPS delivery. If package theft is a concern you have the option to ship your CheetahWrap order to a UPS store or other participating UPS partner locations for "hold for will call". To avoid order delays, please include the correct UPS location address information before submitting the order; This change cannot be made once we receive your order.

4.  Can my order be picked up at a CheetahWrap warehouse?

No.  We do not offer pickup service at this time.  In order to offer the cheapest possible prices with free shipping, our system is designed for shipping only. 

 5.  Can an order be cancelled or exchanged?

No.  Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we cannot accept cancellations or product exchanges. All sales are final unless warranted issue. Cancellations and exchanges create additional return freight, impacts inventory levels, increases inspection labor and adds re-packaging costs that would significantly increase pricing. CheetahWrap Warranty

6.  Tax exemption? 

We charge sales tax in Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. If you qualify for tax exemption, first sign up as a customer. After receiving your Cheetahwrap confirmation email, and prior to placing an order, email your tax exemption information along with your Sign In email address to sales.service@cheetahwrap.com . Use this link below to access your state's tax exemption forms.

                    

By law we must charge tax unless we officially have your current information on file and verified. We will notify you by email when your account is tax exempt provided we have your correct information (during business hours Monday through Friday). It is your responsibility to make sure that we always have your current authorized tax exemption information. Cheetahwrap does not share information with FELLERS so, FELLERS customers must submit separate tax exemption information to Cheetahwrap.com.

7.  Can we sell or ship internationally?

No.  We must be paid with a U.S. based credit card with a U.S. address and telephone number.  All orders must ship to a U.S. address within one of the 50 states or Puerto Rico.  The only U.S. territory we sell to at this time is Puerto Rico.

8.  What to do if your shipment has not arrived or if there is freight damage?

You can track your shipment from the tracking number(s) we provide on the email sent to you after we have shipped the order. If there is trouble with your shipment please click here to email us your information.  To prevent theft, it is important to track and secure immediately after UPS delivery.  In order to maintain the cheapest possible prices, CheetahWrap is not responsible after UPS delivery.

9.  Billing issue?

Orders can be placed using most forms of major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal, prepaid, virtual, or temporary credit cards. We may also ask for additional identity verification for new customers.

Orders over $4,000 will need to be processed as a bank wire transfer. Please email us prior to ordering for transfer instructions.

10.  Returns?

Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake or, if there is a manufacturer warranted issue.  All sales are final. Unused material cannot be returned after 30 days from purchase date.  We require email photos, batch number, and/or return of defective materials in order to receive manufacturer credit and improve product performance.  The Batch numbers can be found on box label or inside the roll core.  All verified Returns will receive credit on the original card used to purchase the returned product.  Please click here to complete and submit your Returns request. CheetahWrap warranty.

11.  Privacy Policy/California Health Warning

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
  • We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

12. Do we offer re-seller programs?

No. Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we offer no re-seller, agent, or distributor programs, etc. We strictly forbid re-selling CheetahWrap and/or, using our trade name and logo on any advertising, marketing, social media, print, etc. without our express written approval.  CheetahWrap is sold direct on this website only.

13. Do we offer free samples or sponsorship programs?

No. Because we are focused on the cheapest possible prices to wrap professionals, we offer no free samples or sponsorship programs.  Sample books can be purchased at this site. Sample book.

14. Can I wrap a boat with CheetahWrap?

CheetahWrap does not warrant any marine applications. Even though many of our customers wrap boats with CheetahWrap, it is important to test prior to permanent application. Certain low energy plastics, paints or gel-coated surfaces may not allow CheetahWrap to have an acceptable bond. Some customers have used Pledge Revive Brand or other adhesive promoters to improve the bond on these types of surfaces.

15. How much CheetahWrap material is required to wrap a typical car?

As a general guideline one 60” inch by 75’ foot roll of CheetahWrap will wrap the average size four door sedan. However, it is important that you always measure your particular vehicle to verify what is needed.  Material colors can vary slightly from roll to roll. For the most consistency, please purchase enough material to complete your project. We are unable to guarantee consistency of multiple rolls with different “Batch/Lot” numbers. Note: CheetahWrap is not responsible for incorrect measurements.

How to measure your vehicle:

Measure the length of the driver or passenger side of the vehicle to be wrapped and multiply based on whether or not the bumpers are being wrapped using the guide below.

Example:

If you have a car that is 17 feet long and 4 feet tall and you will be wrapping the bumpers use this formula: 17 feet (vehicle length) x 4 feet (vehicle height) panels = 68 feet of material is needed to wrap your car (using “Sedan with bumpers x 4 panels” diagram below):

16. What is the best way to remove CheetahWrap?

Even though many customers remove CheetahWrap after three years, ideal removal should be done within two to three years after installation using heat. CheetahWrap should be removed indoors, making sure both the vehicle surface and vinyl surface are both approximately 70-80 degrees initially and the car should not be hot to the touch. The vinyl should be pulled back at a 90 degree angle while being warmed evenly. It is critical not to overheat during removal. Overheating can cause the vinyl to remove in smaller pieces and/or cause the vinyl to separate from the adhesive.  Watch this video for information on removing a vehicle wrap.

17. Will CheetahWrap damage my paint?

Even though it is rare, all colorchange wrap vinyl can damage paint/chrome or clearcoats. CheetahWrap has a very low initial tac which helps to prevent damage, but it is still possible. It is important to make sure that all base paint/chrome/clearcoats have an acceptable bond to the vehicle surface prior to installing any brand of pressure sensitive vinyl, including CheetahWrap. It is also critical to follow the removal instructions in FAQ #16 above to reduce the possibility of damage. In some very rare cases, discoloration or yellowing can occur to base paint or clearcoats upon removal. This can usually be eliminated or reduced by exposing the discolored surface outdoors, in the sun, for several days. CheetahWrap’s Limited Warranty does not provide protection or reimbursement for additional costs including labor or damage to the vehicle, including paint.

18. What is the CheetahWrap lifespan and warranty?
